The Old Kirk
We are a small and friendly Church of Scotland congregation located on Pennywell Road in West Pilton, Edinburgh.
How to get to where we are
We can be reached (by car) by turning north off the Ferry Road, west of the Crewe Toll, and car parking immediately outside the church is rarely a problem. We're also on the numbers 27, 37 and 42 Lothian Bus routes, with bus stops immediately outside the church, and are located close to several other routes.
What motivates us
Our aim is to celebrate and share the love of God in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Gospel of Christ is of incalculable value to ordinary people like us, and we are keen to see others come to enjoy the same blessings and good things that we have in the Old KIrk.
People
The congregation is made up of local folk and those who live close by, most of whom have a connection with this part of the city. But, in fact, people come to the Old Kirk from all backgrounds and many different parts of the world, not just Scotland and other parts of the UK, and we are delighted that there are currently several people regularly worshipping with us who have come to the city from Asia and Africa.

We are part of the Church of Scotland. We are Reformed in our style of worship, which is ordered but informal and child-friendly.
